I have known Mr. Bill Harrington for over 24 years. He built my present home in 1981 and has done all additional necessary work I have needed. I have recommended him, whenever his talents might be necessary, for his willingness to accommodate and his ability to furnish quality work can be depended upon. There is no question, should I build again he would be first in line. I can only give him the highest recommendation.

I have personally known Mr. Harrington for almost 20 years. During that time, I have dealt with Mr. Harrington concerning his most personal financial matters. He is of great character displays the highest moral integrity. In making each financial decision during these 20 years, he has always demonstrated extreme competency.In addition to witnessing his very personal financial decisions, I have had to wonderful opportunity to visit his work sites and to view his finished product. Aside from being an invaluable resource during the up fit process, including handling all the billing for me with my commercial lender during the construction process, he was also extraordinarily supportive in assisting me through challenges of passing fire/safety/building requirements as a business owner. After the completion of the project, Mr. Harrington visited our business twice to insure my total satisfaction and answer any questions or concerns I had.
